No internet access
I haven't had internet on my home fiber I have called and been on hold endlessly and I sent an email on the 4th of August no attention to my fault. The WhatsApp line is useless and I have been told an agent will contact me on 6 occasion now but no-one has contacted me to resolve the issue. I have the reference from the email but no resolution.
