No installation over a month.

We tried putting in a line with them a while back, they just say openserve has an active line on the address, and just want to send emails to and from, they don't call or get things done. Useless and very disappointing. A person needs to get on the phone and try calling til you get that one person out of the 100 people who just sit there to get payed. This is how things get done, in south africa. Every one want work but don't do the work, but there is always that one that wants to do his job find him and sort it out. I have been waiting for over a month to get an installation done, thank God I canceled.
