No help from Vox when really needed

Just joined Vox and regretting it. Making potential consumers aware. Called in yesterday to politely ask for assistance as it's difficult to work and study without internet, was told I would receive a call to setup an appointment for Installation, no call received and couldn't provide a TAT. Tweeted Vox twice no response. Vumatel handed over on Monday already. The product and price might be similar but there are more client centric ISP'S out there.
