No Free 1TB Data

I bought a new samsung TV from game on the 1 May The sales person said that I will receive 1TB free data and 2 pairs of 3D glasses . After opening the box there were no 3D glasses . I registered for the free 1TB internet from vox telecom and installed a ADSL line from telkom ! A further cost of R1000 . On the 3rd day they cut my internet data when I phone voxtelecom they told me that I don't qualify for the 1TB of free data because I bought my TV on the 1may I must be happy now with only 100 gb only for a month . Why didn't game tell me this before I bought the tv and why didn't vox telecom tell me this the 1st day when I called them now I installed a ADSL line and the 100 gb doen't make it worth the money spend !
