No fibre installation after 6 weeks

I created an account with Vox Telecom on 19 March 2020 today is 28 April 2020, and not a single update from them on the actual installation day. I have sent numerous emails and taken the initiative to call them to which I am told their technicians are still working during the national lockdown and I need to wait 2 - 6 weeks. My business is suffering.
