No feedback Vox - they dont care!

We have been going back and forth with Vox since December 2019, trying to get Fiber and we have had the worst service. I have been dealing with Liz Liebenberg but to no avail... have sent numerous emails, left messages and no feedback received. Today after holding on for 10 minutes, I get hold of Liz and she now on the 10/2/2020 tells me the order has been cancelled as it appears to be a duplicate. We were not informed of this and she then puts me through to Mahendra who she says is dealing with the order - and yet again he does not answer the phone! Really pathethic service! Maybe an email to the CEO - Jacques du Toit will get some response here!
