No e-mails at least once a week

Dear Voxtelecom,<br> <br> In my life time I have learned that if it is man made it will break down. However your servers crash literally once a week, there does not go one week of my life past where we cannot send/receive e-mails. Using this as a business supplier in the service industry and not production we cannot really afford to be without e-mails. Every time when one phones Voxtelecom they simply says \oh yes it's one of our weekly breakdowns, enjoy it, take it as it is as we don't know when the mails will be working again and we are also not really bothered or in a hurry to get it fixed\". <br> <br> Really frustrating now as two weeks ago my mails didn't work, last week Thursday 18/02/2016 they did work and so far this entire 4 day week my e-mails are not working. Considering another service provide (not that I think Vox is concerned about me leaving).<br> <br> Sorry for posting on Hellopeter but your support page doesn't work, your contact us page refers you back to each branch which says not their problem it's at head office. Head office says take it or leave we'll fix it when we get to it.<br> <br> Regards<br> Frustrated customer "
