No Delivery

We have bough and signed a contract for Fax to Email services in November last year already. The service has not run for one day and today for the first time the account manager got back to me saying that Telkom does not want to port our numbers over to vox. How can that be an excuse for VOX. We have also been changed every month for the service which has not been working at all.<br> <br> Vox is the worst company to deal with as no one you phone knows what is going on there.
