No Customer Support Services
We now 4 months with Vox. First month when we had connectivity issues and i logged a email at voxassist they would assist however not anymore. The Fibre going off and on. Tried to call their customer care and my call was disconnected twice. Can someone from Vox assist or do i have to advise the millions here about the poor customer service.
