No Customer Service. No feedback.

Ordered Fiber connection from Vox on the 20th of January. OpenServe was on site for 20 minutes on the 26th of January and then left. No feedback from either parties. No joy calling the call center. Decided to cancel order and move to another ISP who offer real Customer Service.
