No customer service and no problem solving

Since day one we’ve had issues with them. First they debit on the wrong day, or put my details incorrectly into the system and cause me to almost get suspended. Now their router doesn’t work and no one has called or came to bring a new one or update me in two days. Stuck without WiFi for the whole weekend and no one does anything.

You get reference numbers but no one calls or updates you. Honestly glad I got month you month so that I can cancel.

Wasted over R300 airtime trying to get hole of someone and they’re just useless. Regret getting fibre with them.
