No Customer service
Customer service is shocking and I am so frustrated with no service. Online line chat is BS and call back does not happen. no internet and service is becoming a norm. I strongly recommend looking into other services providers as Vox does not care about their customers.

21 Nov 2022, 10:01Anka Lodge ***, your call center is fully aware who we are as I spend my whole weekend trying to sort the net out. Vox has inconvenience us and this is not the 1st time it's happened. I have a few appointments today with other services providers and will be changing as I can not nor will not except this service. Paying service. I am seeking legal advice regarding the consumer protection act.
