No customer service

Vox Telecom fails to provide me with an internet service that costs me almost R1600 per month. I cannot even download emails from their servers. This problem has been an intermittend one but for three weeks now I cannot download any files from the internet. In spite of numerous phone calls to the Call Centre and even senior management, there has been no response from them. Don't believe their advertising on the Web.
