No customer service

I will never recommend vox really worst worst customer service by far, my fibre was down and all vox could say vodacom will come out (as they use vodacom as 3rd party) so we called all the time yet it was not the first time it was down no help the after services omw very pathetic. So I cancelled vox moved to vodacom they cancel vodacom got it cancelled remeber 2weeks my still down. Vodacom comes do they stuff I'm running till now vox no calls nothing from top management even of why line is down etc as they were handling it. Now vox wanna bill me for a line I never had or fibre when calling them to give ref etc no answer no call back when speak to agents till you send emails nothing no service at all what so ever highly dissatisfied
