No Covid-19 relief options for customers

Vox telecom have offered no options for relief to those affected by the covid-19 pandemic. They will not even waiver the one month cancellation notice period on month to month contracts. No option for them to suspend services without taking money from you until things improve. I will not be going back to them when things get back to normal.
