No Contact from Vox

I contacted Vox online to install Fibre Optic connection in my house. I got an email back from Vox giving the package prices, rate my service etc!!!! and when I rep**** so how do we go forward by email no answer was forthcoming I phoned Sales online and was told that installation is done by a company called Open Serve who will contact you. 3 weeks later no contact and after emails back to Vox nothing from them. I phoned Sales twice again and they said a contact would be open and sales would get back to me....Absolutely no contact whatsoever. After reading the reviews here, I am so glad that I have not gone with Vox. I have gone with another big name and we are all sorted already....Thank heavens
