No connectivity since this morning

VOX telecom I've been without internet connectivity since this morning. I have now resorted to hotspot of my phone and I am using your services for work purposes. Quick to deduct and bill unexpected cost but no service. Please get back to me ASAP. I am based in Lenasia South.
