No connection/ No internet and Vox don't care at all!

VOX***1: No connection - No internet I stopped counting hoe many times I called. I'm sitting with no internet and vox just don't care to respond. If I call the 087 number it says the number does not exist, I understand loadshedding but it's more then 8 hours still no feedback. This is very poor pathetic service. Nobody got back to me so it looks like another day without wifi
