No conbectivity

Vox is the worse fibre provider. I h an issue with my connection for 24 hours now and they have no sense of urgency. I logged a call with no response. I called a few times today to follow up. I spent all my airtime holding on. Just to he told that my query was assigned to an agent and an escalation ca not be done. Working from home requires quick resolution to my query but the technical team does ot seem to care. I'm still waiting for a technician. Fix it now!

The Support team will follow up with the Network Provider ,Vumatel (ISP-***) on the progress of the fault and update you on the status.
