No communication slow service

I am somewhat annoyed by the lack of communication from the people of vox. I app**** for a 10 MB fibre line everything went smooth entered debit order details. I was told that I would be phoned for when Installation would happen... Its been 4 days and nothing. I emailed them with the same query and no reply of yet.
