NO CARE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS!!!

This is absolute ******* service from VOX. i had a complaint last week regarding absolute slow internet, which i was promised will be resolved. And guess what? Till today there has been nothing done, I'm still suffering with close to dial up connection speeds. <br> <br> Honestly is this how you guys treat customers? <br> <br> pathetic...
