NEVER USE VOX TELECOMS
If I could give 0 start I would. VOX and ARAMEX have been an absolute disgrace. I know service in South Africa is none existent but VOX take it to another level. We signed with vox 2 weeks ago, we got a PRO RATA BILL BEFORE THE DECICE EVEN ARRIVED. We had to phone ARAMEX countless times over 5 days has we had been told the needed divice had been dispached and 5 days later still not arrived. Does it take 5 days to get from Limbro Park joburg to little falls joburg. What a joke !!!! Then, only half the stuff arrives, no technician to install, nothing. VOX is WORSE than TELCOM and we all know how Telcom sucks

The billing commences on the date of activation of the line. Vox also sends out communication to inform its customers that the hardware has been shipped and the turnaround time for delivery, as well as notices on the commencement of the billing. However, in this instance, the self-installation could not be completed and therefore an on-site installation was required.
