This is why:

5 days, 7 differen people, emails, phone calls, re booting rooter as this is their "slogan"

For an 200meg line upgrade. Why, they advertise it as part of their package so they should provide it right.... WRONG. They are not able to, they tell you.. O no it is done but NOPE, in fact it is not.

Now the billing system is automated, so because VOX IS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE THE 200MEG line speed they are also not able to stop the automated billing system. No they will bill you FOR A SERVICE NOT PROVIDED. And just pass a credit, easy peazy.

Now due to them not being able to provide the 200meg line speed i must complete a nother contract as this is of course not their fault and i will be billed for a service THEY ARE INCAPABLE of delivering.

Just lovely.
