Never purchase MS Office 365 from Vox Telecom

Let me start by saying I have been a customer of Vox Telecom for more than 10 years and they are amazing as an internet and voice service provider. Sadly, they are so utterly useless with MS Office subscriptions.

I have had similar issues with renewing my MS Office subscriptions for the last 3 years. I get no communication from Vox and only get messages on my office product that the subscription will expire, and I will lose functionality/data. Then my frustration started to contact Vox to get the subscription that they continue charging me for renewed.

First, I get told to create a new order and approve the purchase; this is the only way they can supply me with a new code to continue my subscription. This new order then gets invoiced in addition to my existing subscription. It takes me 2 – 3 months with hours on the phone with support to get the double billing sorted. For my latest renewal, I was told they would not refund everything, and I would have to accept the extra cost. Because of this extra billing they cancelled my debit order and threatened to suspend all my other services, including my Fibre internet which I use for Work from Home office.

In short, don’t ever purchase MS Office subscriptions from Vox Telecom!!!
