Never ending Contract

I believe you deserve zero rating, We have been cancelling the Vox Contract since November, however we have been told of unnecessary procedure. The contract was only for 12 months but it's 2 years and now it's still not canceled...this is DISAPPOINTING. We have been making endless calls, sending emails but this is still not resolved..
