Never again Vox Telecom

Extremely poor customer service received from Vox! After much persuasion from Kevin Ngcobo I hesitantly agreed to take fibre from Vox, and have regretted that decision from day 1. As soon as my banking details were received Kevin provided excuse after excuse about why they could not deliver on the promises made. There was absolutely no communication along the way if I did not initiate it. Almost 2 months after that, my account is being debited by the thousands for cancellation (of what I am not sure as absolutely nothing has been done for me), and for months of service provided. Vox is the ****piest service provider I've has the misfortune of dealing with.
