Nasty and Unprofessional service
I app**** for Wi-Fi connection for my residential place about 3 months ago and to date it has not been installed. I am the one who keeps on doing follow ups as the assigned representative does not bother to advise me of the developments of my application. What a nasty and unprofessional service I received from Vox Telecom. I will never recommend it to anyone in the near future.
