My Vox account was suspended, due to me switching banks and blah, blah, blah

My Vox account was suspended, due to me switching banks and blah, blah, blah. I called Vox and was assisted by a fantastic lady, called Angelique Oliphant. I had a stroke and is hemiplegic on my dominant side. I am mentioning this, not to ask for empathy. It means that I do, everyday tasks such as typing 10 times slower than, an abled body person would. I have mentioned this to Angelique, and she was so patient in helping me to reactivate my account! Angelique Oliphant, I truly hope that Vox recognises the gem that they have in their employ! Please continue to strive to give your customers, the same fantastic service you have provided me!
