As I am unable to delete my reviews below on Hello Peter I am happy to now confirm that Vox Telecom eventually decided to 'come to the party'. It is truly sad indeed when an organisation like this, so highly revered, comes across to its customers as very unpleasant, solely because of one or two rotten apples within its infrastructure. I can only hope that they take note of these simple texts and enforce it on some of their staff;

1. 'It is not who is right, it is what is right!' 2. 'If you are not taking care of your customer, your competitor will.' 3. 'All things being equal, people will do business with, and refer business to, those people they know, like, and trust.'
