MY PERSONAL INFORMATION DIVULGED TO A THIRD PARTY

My account was suspended and I lost a days work even after payment was made and proof of payment sent. I left numerous messages but I was not contacted to have the matter resolved. My manager then called in and my information was discussed with her without my knowledge or approval even though your code of conduct stipulates the following "• Keep consumers personal information confidential".

The information of the call that took place and why it took place was requested by me and they are not able to assist me without me providing a name of who my manager spoke to. Why was this information disclosed to a third party without my permission and why can this not be made available to me.
