My internet stopped working

My internet stopped working. I called vox and a guy by the name of Tebogo answered my call. I was very impressed with the way he handled my issue. He guided me through the entire process of resetting my internet system reset. Very professional, well spoken and clear instructions. The issue was sorted and he allso took the time to call back about an hour later to check if all was stilll fine with my internet. This level of service is hard to come by these days.
