My fellow businesses, STAY AWAY!!!

Complete disgrace of a company, we moved offices 1 April, which we notified Vox of 6 months prior, now 4 months later, we're still waiting for our business fibre. Their 3cx solution is a complete joke, it only runs on their fibre, so not having their internet because of their messup, we were left with no business phones for over 2 months, and on top of all that, they have decided to just increase the what we pay the for our office licenses, going against our contracts we've signed with them.

All the while they're happily invoicing us for fibre we do not have, billed us for a telephone system we do not have, and over charging us for our office products, and you think they care when we contact them to rectify our invoicing......nope....it's a simple response of, pay or we cut you off, which is what they did. So basically, sorry but not sorry, client comes last. I beg you, do not put your company in harms way, this organisation is really horrible, and when you give them access to all your critical components like telephones and IT, they have you by the short and curleys, and there is absolutely nothing you can do but pay their invoices to stay alive, well stay alive as best you can...we currently have to run our business off of a 4g Vodacom solution, and right now, our 3cx is down.....again!
