My faith in customer service is restored.

Never have I ever experienced this type of exceptional customer service in my life. I phone the customer service desk at 16:35 to report a connection fault with our fiber line. In less than 40 minutes I received a call back from technical support stating that a technision is on his way to fix the fault. 25 Minutes later the technision stoped at my house. In less than 2.5 hours from reporting the fault my connection is fully restored. And note the repair was made during loadshedding. This is customer service. Excellent work. I'm one happy customer!
