Voxtelecom renewing UPS contract without my concent. The contract say 24months. I was told over the phone that it is 24months contract. I then find out that the unit is a loan unit that was not clearly explained to my by Vox. The statement is in fine writing only that it is loan unit. I am very disappointed that the just renew contract without concent.

No renting or buying contract or agreement can be ongoing without the consumers consent after the term is over. Vox and Mr Damian Rushton is vey ***********.

As per T&C's accepted online :
9.4.1. The Hardware remains the property of Vox.
9.4.2. Upon termination of the agreement the Hardware shall be returned to Vox
TERMINATION 20.1.1. The Customer shall provide Vox with one calendar months’ notice that they intend to terminate the Hardware Rentals agreement (in whole or part).
