Most pathetic ISP in SA

By far the worst service provider I have ever come across: Firstly I have been in the telecommunications industry for over 10 years and during this period I went for an interview to become a sales manager for one of their divisions, whilst attending the interview I met with one of the groups head senior sales managers who asked if I would be prepared to ***** my previous companies data base in order to poach their clients. When I mentioned I would by no means do this as it's a crimanal offense and morally wrong I was told I would not be securing the position which I was applying for. Secondly a few years later I signed up for a FTTH (Fibre to the home) solution with VOX, however the premisis we were renting went up for sale and once it had been sold I asked if VOX could migrate my fibre line to our new premises. I was quickly told 'This is not how we do business and we dont migrate fibre lines' coming from the industry I know how simple a migration is and that most companies would have been able to assist. However I was told they are not prepared to assist and that I would be liable for all cancellation fees. Which I wouldn't mind paying if i chose to cancel however I wanted to remain a client and just have my fibre line migrated. I checked coverage to insure VOX had feasibility in our new premises and the fibre line had already been installed in the new premises, so everything was compatible and ready to do a simple migration yet I was refused and now am being held liable for the cancellation fee aswel as their ridiculous intrest. If someone could assist I would truly appreciate it.
