Most efficient and proactive service providers I've ever encountered!

When I was looking for a new home fibre service provider, Vox popped up. Once I set up my account and sent the necessary paperwork, the Vox team were relentless to make things happen as quickly as possible.

I have never once had a service this efficient and proactive. It was weird in a good way. Within a week, they have sent the team to do the assessment and I was connected a few days after that.

The actual internet has been great. There have been no interruptions, outside of load-shedding. It's really easy to monitor my internet consumption and I have nothing but praise for vox.

I highly recommend it.
