More issues with Vox telecom

Second review for vox this month! After waiting almost 2 weeks for our internet to be restored. It worked for a few days and then went off. Called help desk and said the account has been closed and they cant assist we must call the next day as the infamous project team is not available. We called again and like de ja vu they have escalated the matter and will call us back. No one has called. Please can someone call us to restore our service. Account number ***. I dont see the point of the help desk if they are mostly unable to help.
