Months of False Promises and No Resolution from Vox

I’m incredibly frustrated with the poor service and ongoing lack of accountability from Vox.

For several months, they deducted double the amount from our account. We reported this the first time it happened, and were told it would be fixed, but the following month it happened again. And again after that. Each time, we contacted them, and each time we were reassured that it would be corrected and refunded. It never was.

Eventually, we cancelled our account (final date of service was 9 June), but now, even after cancellation, we are still waiting for our refund, that was credited to our account, almost R5000. Every time we follow up, we’re told it’s being escalated or that someone needs to sign it off before it can be processed, but no actual progress is made. No one has resolved this issue or taken proper responsibility.

It’s unacceptable to be left out of pocket for this long, especially after so many failed promises to fix the problem.
