Monthly deductions without authorisation
<p>For a few months now we have been trying to cancel an unauthorised dedcution from our Absa acccount. Absa say they cannot stop it and it is coming from Vox.</p> <p>Reference :</p> <p> </p> <p>voxtelecomr ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>and voxtelecomr ********** 32</p> <p> </p> <p>Pease provide proof that we indeed requested your services etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>And Cancell it im****atly and we dont make use of VOIP services.</p>
