MONTH TO MONTH UNCAPPED FIBRE LINE - VOX TELECOM

Hi

I was offered a MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT a while ago .I was advised that it works like a prepaid. You pay as you go. You pay at the beginning of the month. If you do not pay there is no coverage. Due to me being unemployed, I stopped paying the beginning of August 2020. Up until the beginning of November 2020 I am still billed. What makes it worse even , initially the month to month contract comes with a free router. According to Vox , I owe them since August 2020 plus interest . plus a cancelation fee . I am also being billed for the router. That's so unfair because I was initially advised differently.(month to month contract with a free router. Please help. I sent them numerous emails to no effect , they DO NOT SEE OR TRY TO HELP
