MONTH TO MONTH CONTRACT

i took out a month to month web hosting package as advertised on their website for R34,98 at the time in Nov 2020.i then gave notice a month before called them they confirmed with me cancellation and now i get charged for a full contract duration.i continue to call them but no action .I EVEN HAD SOMEONE CALL TO CONFIRM IF I CANCEL THAT MNTH TO MNTH PACKAGE IF I STILL OWE IF I CANCEL AND IT WAS SAID NO..Because it states mnth to month.• Month to Month Billing.
