Month to month ageement with notice and penalty
<p>Why is there a penalty and 30 days notice period in your small printed terms of a month to month agreement?<br />Month to month means that people pay on a monthly basis upfront for the service, with no other terms applicable.<br />Your sales agent mislead me in the beginning by confirming that my understanding of this is true. And now vox demands<br />one month plus a penalty payment in a demand letter.</p>

As per feedback received, our Debtors Department has been in contact with you and confirmed that as per our Terms and Conditions included in the quotation accepted on 10/01/2017, it is stated that Fiber products offered by Vox Telecom are all subject to a once-off set up and configuration or installation fee. Should Vox Telecom offer to waive this fee and you terminate your subscription within twelve (12) months of activating the service, the full installation or setup and configuration fee is payable as part of the termination fee.
Please also note that we did receive your request for cancellation on 22/03/2017 with the reference VOX***. The cancellation has been completed and the services were cancelled on 01/05/2017 as per our Terms and Conditions Clause 3.3 with one months notice.
