Money making **** company with very poor service
I have a month to month contract with vox and I moved places and asked them to change address for me they refuse telling me I must pay 2100 for cancellation yet I am not cancelling a way to reap people off, their system is that stupid or weak to change address it’s a money making scheme, I was told I won’t be debited till all it’s sorted oh I am not surprised they did debit me

We have received confirmation that the Account Manager did reach out to you to assist with the details of the complaint.
The element of the Fiber Service that is comprised of the provision of the Circuit is provided to the specific address with a Circuit leased by Vox from a network operator. The provision of the Circuit is not transferrable to another premises.
Although unused data will be rolled over to a new fiber service, the relocation nonetheless necessitates a cancellation of the Service.
