Money Hungry

Service is okay and online payment portal works. Vox seems money-hungry though many service providers are the same so good luck finding one that is not. Moved house so decided I would transfer my fibre to new address, but doesn't work like that as Vox treats it as a new sale and make you take a new router etc.. such a waste as i already have the same old one from them then charge you a service/setup fee and since I didn't give 1 month notice for old premises I have to pay another month of fibre for old connection. Crazy I'm a loyal customer continuing my service just wanted to transfer my connection to new address but get penalised for it. Vox i could of gone with another service provider?

Only reason I didn't change service providers is because I figured would get my internet up and running quickly since already have an account with them. Lastly if I break my contract within 12 months i will have to pay the full-service fee/router cost of nearly R3K how's that for policy.

Anyway when i emigrate overseas will be interesting how they going to get money out of me again haha.. Wouldn't recommend Vox because of this experience!
