<p>opted for a new 10MB Fibre lince since March 2016, & nothing has been done, keep phoning & emailing & Otavia Sambo keeps on saying the are waiting on the Fibre guys, NO ONE from VOX Telecoms is interested in BEEN HEARD as it falls of not interested in your ****</p>

As per the feedback received our fibre department has been in constant contact with you regarding your fibre installation. We are currently awaiting Civil work to be completed by the contractors and the upstream fibre infrastructure providers cannot provide us with an estimate time frame.
We have also established that as per the contract you have signed there is a 4 – 6 month lead time frame and your contact was signed in March 2016.
Our Fibre department will be in contact with you to keep you posted regarding the status of the installation.
