Misleading sales pitch and then you are stuck

<p>A sales person told me I can change a data deal with no cost or effort involved </p> <p>- within 2 days I had to gp through a whole technical set up again </p> <p>- had to pay for 1 1/2 months fees</p> <p>- I gave notice for 22nd of August and today 17 August my email service are cancelled </p>
