Misleading sales pitch and then you are stuck

<p>A sales person told me I can change a data deal with no cost or effort involved </p> <p>- within 2 days I had to gp through a whole technical set up again </p> <p>- had to pay for 1 1/2 months fees</p> <p>- I send email - someone for customer service phoned me and spend less than a minute on call and send email called closed </p> <p>- Cancellations phone 5 times in 3 min time(I saw missed calls) and at exaxctly same time send email to me home email that I received late the same day(Monday 15 August) </p> <p>- One missed call on Tuesday </p> <p>- I gave notice for 22nd of August and today 17 August my email service are cancelled </p>
