Misleading clients

This company is pathetic, I signed up for 10MG line a year ago and have been paying 634 and now my bill for September is 730 and they increased my line without my consent and when calling them, they keep referring me to octotel which I do not have any dealings with, you will never get a straight answer from them and you are passed from pillor to post, really pathetic service
