MISLEADING ADVERTISING FOR UPS DEVICE

So I went for the offer of the UPS at the beginning of the year as advertised for R79 or something like that but for a contract period of 12 months. I sent a request and after almost 2 weeks was contacted by DSL Telecom who advised me that the UPS is a rental and I rent it on a monthly basis for above amount. I have the agreement stating that it was for a contract period of 12 months and no where on the advert does it say rental like on your box rental ads. UP until now on your website(VOX) it doesn't say "rental". YOU ARE MISLEADING US AND TO DATE HAVE NOT RECEIVED NO FEEDBACK. I GIVE YOU CLOSE TO R800 A MONTH FOR FIBRE AND UPS AND YOU DONT EVEN CONTACT ME WITH A FOLLOW UP. PATHETIC SERVICE!
