I received, signed and returned my order the second week of dec 2022.. STILL i have not even received the courtesy of a reply to my email.. Honestly as per the website installation should apparently not take longer than a week.. So why am I still waiting? In every email I advised that I work from home and that this is urgent.. No reply, no feedback.. This is shocking honestly..

03 Feb 2023, 08:32I don't want an auto reply to my messages - That is all I'm getting on my inbox, and NOTHING gets done. I want Openserve to take over my contract as Vox is useless and left such a bad taste in my mouth. This needs to get sorted!!
